Local UV printing process for surface of metal printing ink

2009
The invention relates to a local UV printing process for the surface of metal printing ink, which comprises the following steps of: (1) adding styrene-acrylic polymer, modified silica-polyethylene wax copolymer and self-crosslinkable emulsion, and reacting at the temperature of between -10 and 30 DEG C to obtain modified UV carrier oil in muted color; and (2) coating a layer of metal printing ink on an object to be printed, coating the modified UV carrier oil, drying by radiating infrared rays, performing local UV varnish coating in a screen printing mode, and drying by radiating UV rays to obtain the product, wherein the product has a bright color or muted color. Compared with the prior art, the process has the advantages of muted color and bright color decoration effects, and the like.
