Design of Hydraulic Equipment Electricity Parameters Data Acquisition System Based on DSP

Hydraulic power system based on motor drive is the message source of hydraulic equipment's running condition,whose three phase electricity parameters can fully reflect the running condition of devices.For the purpose of using information fusion method to get characteristic information from three phase electricity parameters,three phase voltage and current signals must be got synchronously.This paper designs a three phase current and voltage data acquisition system based on 16 bit A/D conversion chip AD73360 and TMS320F206,which solves the three phase electricity parameter synchronization getting issue,accesses high accuracy and good real-time,and provides hardware support for the research and development of motor equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system.
