Étude bactériologique systématique des morsures de chien

Commensal bacteria of dog mouth are often found after dog bite. Some of them, especially Pasteurella multocida, need a prompt treatment with antibiotics. The results of a prospective trial suggest that bacteriological examination and systematic treatment with amoxicillin or cyclines should be necessary.
