The invention discloses an integrated simulation adjusting-testing system for an intelligent substation, comprising a digital physics hybrid simulation system, an information recording and analyzing system and a user operation interface, which are integrated together, and a physical intelligent device according with the IEC61850 (International Electrotechnical Commission) communication protocol is adjusted and tested through a physical network port by utilizing the communication network; the digital physics hybrid simulation system and the information recording and analyzing system share data with the user operation interface, the digital physics hybrid simulation system is communicated with the physical intelligent device via a physical interface to adjust and test the physical intelligent device, the digital physics hybrid simulation system simulates to generate an electrical condition of a power primary system and transmits the information representing the electrical condition to the physical intelligent device as the third party in the form of IEC61850 standard message; and the information recording and analyzing system records the whole information interaction process of the digital physics hybrid simulation system and the physical intelligent system in real time, analyzes the received information in real time and reports the analysis result, and the result is displayed by the user operation interface.
