Palladium metal catalyst comprising silica auxiliary agent, and application thereof

2011
The invention relates to a palladium metal catalyst used in unsaturated hydrocarbon hydrogenation. The palladium metal is a loaded-type catalyst, wherein a carrier is preferably alumina. The catalyst is characterized in comprising a silica auxiliary agent, wherein the content of the silica auxiliary agent is 0.5-15wt%. The method for adding the silica additive into the catalyst comprises the steps that: reduction and a silanization treatment are carried out upon a catalyst precursor loading the metal palladium active component; and the silanized catalyst precursor is calcined and decomposed, such that the catalyst is obtained, wherein the decomposition atmosphere is an oxygen-containing atmosphere, and a decomposition temperature is 250-650 DEG C. Compared with existing catalysts, when the catalyst is used in unsaturated hydrocarbon hydrogenation, a coke yield is low, a catalyst service life is long, and activity and selectivity are high. The catalyst is simple to prepare. With the catalyst, industrialization can easily be realized.
