Stator for inner-rotor motor and its manufacture

1992
PURPOSE: To make a work for winding a coil easy by a method wherein a stator is composed of inner and outer annular elements which are provided along a circumferential direction and a number of cores which are provided between the inner and outer annular elements and on which coils are wound. CONSTITUTION: A number of cores 85 are connected radially to the outer circumference of an annular element 82 made of non-magnetic material by utilizing an outsert molding technology. Then coils 84 are wound on the respective cores 85. Then an annular element 83 which is made of magnetic material and extended so as to surround the annular element 82 is connected to the tips of the cores 85. With this constitution, the coils 84 can be wound on the cores 85 from the side where the spaces between the two adjacent cores 85 and 85 are wider, so that a coil winding work can be simplified.
