The author did a survey of close to one thousand potential tourists in the Yangtze River Delta about their perceptions of South Korea and applied multivariate statistics techniques to analyze the inter relationships among stimulation factors which refer to primary and secondary information source,personal factors involving travel motivational and socio-demographic characteristics,and image perception.It concludes that tourism image might be influenced by the variations concerning both stimulation and personal factors.
