The first accurate identification of 1s2 3l 3l' states populated by two-electron capture in collisions of He-like ions with helium and hydrogen is made, by comparing new theoretical data with electron spectra. General trends of the double capture are given when Z varies from 6 to 10. The angular dependence of the electron spectra is also shown.
