Umbrella-shaped screw gas and sand anchor

2011
The utility model relates to an umbrella-shaped screw gas and sand anchor for oil-gas-sand three-phase separation in petroleum exploitation, which mainly consists of an outer barrel and an oil-gas-sand three-phase separation mechanism. Relative to the traditional screw gas and sand anchor, the umbrella-shaped screw gas and sand anchor is mainly characterized in that the oil-gas-sand three-phase separation mechanism comprises a center pipe, a gas inducing barrel and an umbrella-shaped screw, wherein blades of the umbrella-shaped screw are arranged on the outer wall of the center pipe in a convolving manner, the gas inducing barrel for collecting and circulating gas is arranged above the umbrella-shaped screw, and the upper end of the gas inducing barrel is contacted with the inner wall of the outer barrel in a sealing manner. With the adoption of the umbrella-shaped screw gas and sand anchor with the oil-gas-sand three-phase separation mechanism, oil-gas-sand three-phase separation can be effectively realized, the separated gas is induced and exhausted into a ring-shaped cavity of an oil jacket, separated solid sand grains are induced and settled into a tail pipe, and purified liquid-phase crude oil is provided to an oil well pump.
