Study on reduction catalysts for FCC regenerated flue gas purification

A series of reduction catalysts WO_3-CeO_2-ZrO2/HZSM-5, WO_3-CuO/HZSM-5 and WO_3-CeO_2/ HZSM-5 for the removal of NOx from FCC regenerated flue gas were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method. The results showed that WO_3-CeO_2/HZSM-5[6% ,n(W):n(Ce) = 10:2] catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance for the removal of NOx. Under the condition of space velocity of 20 000 h~(-1) ,the maximum conversion of NO was 88.7% ,and the temperature of HC combustion was 387 ℃. The influence of space velocity and hydrothermal treatment on the catalytic performance of reduction catalysts WO_3-CeO_2/HZSM-5[6% ,n( W) : n( Ce) = 10: 2] was also investigated. The results indicated that the reduction catalysts had certain resistance to water and heat aging.
