A method for controlling an internal combustion engine of a power train of a motor vehicle

2008
A method for controlling an internal combustion engine (12) of a drive train (10) of a motor vehicle, wherein the drive train (10) comprises an automatically shiftable transmission, wherein during a switching operation of the transmission, the engine (12) from an output rotational speed (46) to a target rotational speed (48 ) is regulated, wherein a (after performing the switching operation from the engine 12)-provided torque (58) a course of an approximation function (64) is adjusted according to a required after execution of the shift driver's desired torque (60), characterized in that in dependence of the approximation function (64) the internal combustion engine (12) supplied air quantity is changed, and wherein the alignment feature (64) in dependence on a on a clutch device (K1, K2) of the transmission torque accompanying clutch (70) is defined.
