Behaviour of galvanomagnetic coefficients of bismuth films in the quantum size region

Abstract In the quantum size region, magnetoresistance of Bi single crystal films shows a decrease with thickness. Galvanomagnetic coefficients show oscillatory behaviour with magnetic field at 300°K and 90°K.
