The Remote Video Monitoring System Design and Development for Underground Substation Construction Process

From the current situation of underground substation construction in China, we design and development a remote video monitoring system. By using the web camera, power line carrier technology and image enhancement technology, the construction of underground substation can be clearly and accurately transmitted to the ground control station and real-time preservation. This system provides technical means for safety and quality management of power grid construction, improves the work efficiency and reduces hidden danger of construction work.
