Study and Application on Technology of Separated Layers Survey and Fluid Withdrawal Rate Control in Production Wells

Daqing oilfield has already been extra-high water cut period. The remaining oil is highly dispersed, the vertical high water cut layers are increased and decussate structure with the potential capacity oil layer. The layer cross flow is serious. The potential capacity oil layer can not be produced to affect the Daqing oilfield development base on the existent water shutoff technology. So the separated layer liquid producing capacity control technology has been developed base on the interlayer liquid producing capacity is large difference. The downhole measurement instrument was tripped in the annulus of oil-casing to adjust to allocate production valve opening to realize the liquid producing capacity control. Through effective control and dynamic adjustment of stratified production, inter-layer and surface conflicts can be alleviated, swept volume of injected water can be expanded, reasonable flow pressure can be established, and the remaining oil can be exploited to improve oil recovery. It reduces the short-circuit cycle of ineffective and inefficient water injection, thus prolongs the economic exploitation life of the produced well and improves the oilfield development effect and benefit. The technology can be satisfied of the six interval production control [1], 43 wells have been applied in Daqing Oilfield and good results have been achieved.
