THE STUDY ON THE PRORERTIES OF ADSORPTION OF ANILINE RAMIFICATION BY PHENOLIC RESIN ADSORBENT IN NONAQUEOUS SYSTEM

2003
The adsorption of aniline,NV-methylaniline and N, N-dimethylaniline using phenolic resin adsorbent in nonaqueous system under static conditions were studied. The dominating mechanism of adsorption of aniline, N-methylaniline and N,N-dimethylaniline by phenolic resin adsorbent in hexane was deduced a hydrogen bonding sorption process from the experimental results. The experimental results showed that the equilibrium sorption date for adsorbent JDW-2/aniline (JDW-2/JV-methylaniline or JDW-2/N, W-dimethylaniline) systems in hexane indicated good agreement with the Langmuir isotherm equation and Freundlich isotherm equation. The correlation coefficients were bigger than 0. 99. The sorption of aniline, N-methylaniline and N,N-dimethylaniline in hexane therefore was monomolecular sorption. The exponents were n1 indication favorable adsorptions. At the same time, the influence of different concentrations of ethanol-hexane and ethyl acetate-hexane solutions on the adsorption of aniline, N-methylaniline and N,N-dimethylaniline were studied.
