Software Development for Science & Technology Progress Supervision & Estimation Based on VB

A software for supervising estimating science technology progress was developed on the base of the estimating index system.The software was developed with the programming language VB(Visual Basic) and database Microsoft Access.In the paper,the design of functional mold,algorithm,database and interface were introduced.The application of the software will greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the estimating procedure,making the supervision manipulatively.
