Method for improving scheduling time delay of uplink voice service and base station

The present invention provides a method for improving scheduling time delay of an uplink voice service and a base station. The method comprises: after establishing a bearer of a voice service, acquiring notification information sent by a user equipment; after receiving an uplink scheduling request (SR) initiated by the user equipment, determining a pre-authorized buffer status reporting (BSR) value in response to the uplink scheduling request (SR) according to a period T of the uplink scheduling request (SR), and/or an interval of a last newly-sent physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) spacing from a current time T interval , and the notification information; and responding to the uplink scheduling request (SR) according to the pre-authorized BSR value. The present invention resolves the problems of fragmentation and time delay increment of a voice service due to insufficient authorization of an existing SR response method.
