The invention discloses a sealant coating repairing device. The device comprises a master control unit, a motion control unit, a main coating head frame, a coating head and an image acquisition device; wherein, the master control unit inspects connection between control units of the device by a signal line and a sealant, and receives inspection results concerning poor coating from the control unit of an inspection device; the motion control unit receives instructions from the master control unit by connecting the signal line with the master control unit, and controls the main coating head frame and the coating head to move; the main coating head frame moves under the control of the motion control unit by connecting the signal line with the motion control unit; the coating head is arranged on the main coating head frame, and moves under the control of the motion control unit by connecting the signal line with the motion control unit; and the image acquisition device is connected with the coating head, and locates positions of glass substrates with poor sealant coating. The invention further discloses a sealant coating repairing method to reduce poor sealant coating and improve product qualification rate.
