By using queuing models, this paper, carries out researches on the validity and relevant conditions of some principles of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) , such as the reduction of checks and control, the reduction of compromise and coordination, the single point of contact provided by a case manager, the hybrid of centralized/decentralized operation.
