T he ai m of the paper is to present the integrated m anage m ent as a basic tool for i m ple m entation of the regional sustainable develop m ent in the real practice. It presents the theoretical and m ethodical principles of the integrated landscape m anage m ent and m ethodology. T he basic ai m of the study was to elaborate basic strategic ob j ectives of develop m ent of the territory. T hey should ensure the basic positive changes of the region in the line of principles and criteria of sustainable develop m ent har m onising develop m ent of socio-econo m ic activities with the potential of the region.
