According to the treatment system, main pollutants in clean rainwater runoff can be effectively removed, and the treated effluent is used for supplementing water in cooling tower. Meanwhile, the filtering device can realize automatic backwash, the energy is saved, the problem that a conventional treatment system does not need to be maintained by a special person is solved, the system is convenient to use, water is saved, and the condition of shortage of municipal water can be relieved.
