Synthetic method for urea resin precipitates and application of precipitates as amine resin adhesive improver

2014
The invention discloses a synthetic method for urea resin precipitates. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: regulating the pH value of formaldehyde solution to 1-5 by virtue of strong acid; adding urea into the formaldehyde solution in a molar ratio of formaldehyde/urea of 0.5-1; reacting under a stirring condition at 30 DEG C-90 DEG C, continuously stirring to react for 1-3 hours when white cloudy turbidity appears, and then cooling to the room temperature to obtain a urea resin precipitate solution; ultrasonically oscillating and homogenizing the obtained urea resin precipitate solution for 15-120 minutes; carrying out suction filtration onto the urea resin precipitate solution to obtain the urea resin precipitates, washing the urea resin precipitates until the urea resin precipitates are neutral, and drying at 30-70 DEG C until the weight is constant. The invention further discloses application of the urea resin precipitates as an amine resin adhesive improver. The urea resin precipitates obtained by the synthetic method can be used for greatly improving the bonding strength and lowering the formaldehyde release amount; and moreover, the using process conditions of the existing artificial board amine resin adhesive are not changed.
