[Dosage of antitetanic antitotoxoid antibodies in the context of antitetanic procedures: case study including a group of Italian railways workers with obligatory antitetanic vaccination].

: The authors relate an half-year of antitetanic vaccination activity of the Health Office of Italian Railways in Milano. The operating protocol provided a preliminary dosage of tetanic toxoid in lack of information about previous vaccination. The results have underlined a good percentage of subjects who don't require further vaccination.
