Effect of Self-efficacy intervention on living quality of patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To investigate the effect of self-efficacy intervention on living quality of the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:The 72 patients were divided into intervention group and control group,and given usual care and self-efficacy training for 4 weeks,respectively.Before and after intervention,self-efficacy and living quality were assessed by the measuring scales of self-efficacy and SF-36.Results:The self-efficacy,body function,society function and emotion-role score were higher in intervention group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The self-efficacy training in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can upgrade their living quality significantly.
