Customization of Concurrent Exploitation Flow for Stamping Mould

Aim at the exploitation actuality existed in auto mould industry and the demand of the concurrent exploitation,this paper combines the existed exploitation flow of a mould factory,uses the latest fruits in CAD/CAPP/CAE domain,customizes the concurrent flow for the mould exploitation,and subsequently realizes the integration of each applying sub-system.The practical application in the mould factory shows that the customization of the flow can improve the output design quality and reduce the exploitation cycle of the new mould.
