High-tungsten-content flawless tungsten-nickel alloy coating layer and electroplating liquid and electroplating process

2015
A high-tungsten-content flawless tungsten-nickel alloy coating layer comprises 30-63 wt% of tungsten. The high-tungsten-content flawless tungsten-nickel alloy coating layer is obtained by regulating proportion of nickel sulfate and sodium tungstate in electroplating liquid; internal stress of the tungsten-nickel alloy is released by insoluble particles, and cracks are avoided. Without accumulation of other electrolysis products in the electroplating liquid, the high-tungsten-content flawless tungsten-nickel alloy coating layer has the advantages of convenience in maintenance and easy regeneration and is low in using cost. The electroplating process can directly substitute for electroplating workstation in existing nickel plating and chromeplating process, and is convenient, easy to master by current electroplating technicians and worthy of popularization.
