The invention discloses a laser drilling machine for curvedly drilling tipping paper. The machine comprises a machine panel, a light guide cylinder, a laser connected with the light guide cylinder, a drive system for driving the tipping paper to move, and at least one light focusing head, wherein at least one drive motor is fixed on the machine panel; a drive shaft of the drive motor is connectedwith a screw shaft; the screw shaft is connected with a nut; the nut is fixedly connected with a connecting rod; the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with at least one motion light cylinder; one end of the motion light cylinder connected with the connecting rod is provided with the light guide cylinder, and the other end of the motion light cylinder passes through the machine panel and is fixedly connected with the light focusing head; an anti-rotation linear bearing is arranged at the periphery of the motion light cylinder and is fixed on the machine panel; and the drive motor drives the light focusing head to continuously and repeatedly move front and back through the screw shaft, the nut, the connecting rod and the motion light cylinder. By the laser drilling machine, the identifiability of tipping paper laser drilling products can be increased and the air permeability of the tipping paper can be improved at the same time.
