Atrial myxoma presenting during pregnancy

: We report a case of left atrial myxoma presenting as acute respiratory failure following surgical intervention for voluntary interruption of pregnancy. After cardiac surgery T-wave changes were observed on the ECG, most likely due to coronary embolism.
