Mica and graphene co-modified inorganic coating material and use method thereof

The invention discloses a mica and graphene co-modified inorganic coating material and a use method thereof, wherein a purpose of the present invention is to overcome the problem of poor adhesion of the inorganic coating on the metal surface. The mica and graphene co-modified inorganic coating material is prepared by adopting mica and graphene to carry out co-modification on an inorganic coating material, wherein the graphene adding amount is 0.1-3% of the mass of the inorganic coating material, and the mica adding amount is 0.1-5% of the mass of the inorganic coating material. According to the invention, the mica and the graphene are matched to carry out co-modification on the existing inorganic coating material performance so as to substantially increase adhesion of the inorganic coating material on the metal surface, and achieve an effect the same as the increased adhesion effect t of the inorganic coating material after carrying out a bland blasting treatment or an etching roughening treatment on the metal surface; a bland blasting treatment or an etching roughening treatment on the metal surface is not required so as to substantially simplify construction difficulty; and weathering resistance, high temperature resistance, thermal insulation and insulation property of the inorganic coating material can be substantially improved.
