The invention discloses shallow-layer oil sand in-situ exploitation process applying equipment which comprises an oil storage tank, an oil collection pipeline, an oil pump, a filter, an oil pumping pipeline, a well bucket, a steam boiler, an overground steam injection pipeline, an overground communication well seat, a supporting pipe section, an underground steam injection pipeline, an underground sand flushing pipeline, an underground oil exploitation pipeline and an underground communication well seat. The equipment can effectively replace an existing sand-oil separation process adopting a chemical water-washing method, viscosity of crude oil adsorbed on the surface of oil sand can be lowered for desorption of the oil sand which is then carried into an injection-production system by hot water, and the oil sand separated from the crude oil can be left in a stratum without causing environment pollution, so that the problem of environment pollution caused by a shallow-layer oil sand opencast exploitation area is solved effectively, and the technical difficulty that shaft deflection operation cannot be implemented caused by the fact that buried depth of strata is too low when conventional sand-oil separation processes are adopted for an oil field is overcome effectively.
