Application of the Automatic TMB Roll Gap Adjustment System

By the double closed loop control of the motor speed and the roll ring position, and the high speed control performance servo drive system,the control system can automatically adjust the roll gap of the TMB stands. Gathering and analyzing the real time data from the billet diameter measurement instrument on line, we can calculate the roll gap adjusting value, and adjust the roll gap to the desired value during the rolling.
