LAPAROSCOPIC MANAGEMENT OF MESENTERIC CYST OF TRANSVERSE MESOCOLON - A CASE REPORT

Mesenteric cysts are rare intra-abdominal tumors. They present with non-specific complaints of vague abdominal pain, nausea, etc. Treatment is surgical excision by laparotomy or laparoscopy. Laparoscopic management offers better cosmesis, less postoperative pain, less hospital stay and time off work.
