Data storage method and system for cloud server

The invention discloses a data storage method and a data storage system for a cloud server. The data storage method comprises the following steps that a local FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) receives a request instruction from a local processor; the local FPGA determines a target hard disk corresponding to the request instruction by performing address mapping processing on the request instruction; the local FPGA transmits the request instruction which is subjected to the address mapping processing to the target FPGA corresponding to the target hard disk. According to the data storage method and the data storage system, the target hard disk corresponding to the instruction can be determined by performing the address mapping processing on the instruction transmitted by the processor of the FPGA, so that cross-board virtualized storage of a plurality of hard disks corresponding to different FPGA circuit boards is realized; the storage performance of the system is improved.
