2019
This purpose of this study is to compare and examine the effectiveness of collective art therapy using forest experience art activities on the ego-resilience of multicultural teenagers. For these purposes, 24 multicultural teenagers participated in the study, who got less than 190 points on the Korean Resilience Test to participate in the program among 41 multicultural teenagers attending five middle and high schools located in O city. The program consisted of eight rounds from April 10 to June 5, 2018. Research showed that both groups that apply forest experience art activities and art groups that did not apply forest experience programs have a positive effect on improving interpersonal skills, self-regulating abilities and positiveness of ego-resilience than control groups. These results showed that the forest experience art group had a positive effect compared to the comparative group or control group.
