Image Fusion Based on Quincunx All Phase Sampling Lifting Wavelet

Based on the theory of the quincunx all phase sampling lifting sheme,the lifting quincunx wavelet transform was used to perform a multiscale decomposition of each image.The wavelet coefficients of fused image were constructed using multiple operators according to different fusion rules.This algorithm was successfully used to fuse the blurred images.The experimental results showed that the fusion algorithm was effective and the fused images were more suitable for human visual perception.
