Preparation and performance of polyvinyl alcohol base strippable and protective decontaminable coating

A kind of poly(vinyl alcohol) as the main film material,ethanol,glycerin,OP-10,and other key reagent was developed,by adding titanium dioxide,talcum powder preparation and modification of the type can be stripped a protective and decontamination coating.GDP-C permeability rate tester,ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer,were used to analyze characterization of the coating.The result shows that the coating has good performance,tensile strength of 27.31MPa,elongation at break for 516%,H2 permeability of 0.075cm3·cm/cm2·d·105Pa,The adsorption decontamination of analog nuclide Cs+,Sr2+ and Cs++ Sr2+ all can reach more than 85%.Peel strength and moderate,in different base material surface are continuous film and complete detachment,and curing time is short,formation of coating in chemical resistance,thermal aging resistance,medium damp and hot,optical protective performance,and other aspects of the tests are outstanding.
