Statistical analysis of spatial extent of hemoglobin-concentration change in exposed cortex measured by multi-spectral imaging

The spatial extents of the concentration changes in hemoglobin caused by brain activation are investigated by an ANOVA-test. The wavelength dependence of the optical path length affects the spatial extents of the hemoglobin concentrations.
