Experimental study of spcrothrix using micrccomputer

Some parameters of Sporothrix, including the area., perimeter, maximum and minimum diameter of spores and the rate of fromation of round spores in the lesions of orchitis of rat caused by Sporothrix grown under different nutritional conditions were analysed using minocomputer (LEITE ASM). The parameters determined reflected the influence of nutritionsl condition on the growth of Sporothrix.The authors point out that there are also significaat difference in the parameters of the spores of different strains of Sporothrix in the lesions of the orchitis of rat.
