THE GENUS MONTETINEA NEW TO CHINA, WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES (LEPIDOPTERA: TINEIDAE)

ABSTRACT The genus Montetinea Petersen is recorded for the first time from China. Montetinea efflexa sp. nov. is described on the basis of the specimens collected from Shaanxi, Gansu, and Qinghai provinces. A key for identification of the known species in Montetinea is given. The generic diagnosis is amended.
