Authors offer a new laparoscopic method of the indirect inguinal hernia repair. The nearest and remote results of the original technique performed on 30 patients are presented. The offered method is easy and pathogenically proved. The comparative analysis between the offered method and the «gold standard» Lichtenstein repair was made.
