Control technique and equipment for air disorder of multi-air-inlet shaft

2015
The invention discloses a control technique and equipment for the air disorder of a multi-air-inlet shaft. By adopting a natural air pressure directional adjustment and control theory, the amount of hot air supplied to the shaft is adjusted in winter so that a natural air pressure which promotes the shaft to intake air is formed by the shaft which is easy to cause air stagnation or inversion, therefore the problem of the air disorder of the multi-air-inlet shaft in the winter can be solved. The control technique for the air disorder of the multi-air-inlet shaft comprises the specific steps: arranging air current parameter sensor probes in the shaft and relevant connection roadways; programming in a monitor software of an upper computer according to the air current parameters of the shaft, combining a frequency converter and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to automatically adjust the rotating speed of a pressure fan of a hot fan set of the shaft and the opening of an electronic control valve, so as to change the average air temperature and density difference of the shaft, form the directional natural wind pressure which promotes the air inlet of the shaft with the air disorder, and finally achieve an aim of changing the air inlet of the shaft. According to the control technique provided by the invention, the long-distance adjustment to the air inlets of all shafts can be realized through an industrial looped network and upper computer software; furthermore, the control technique has two adjusting modes, such as an automatic adjusting mode and a manual adjusting mode, therefore being convenient, effective and quick to operate; in addition, the equipment is safe and reliable to use and easy to maintain, and is capable of effectively improving the stability of a mechanical extraction type mine ventilation system, thereby being very applicable to the popularization and use in the safety production of coal mines.
