Research and experiment on fireproof anti-explosion air tightness system of refuge haven in underground mine

The research determined that the thicknesses of fireproof,anti-explosion airtight door and wall were 8 mm and 1.6 m by explosion calculation.According to the research,anti-explosion heat-insulation compound structures and flame-retardant materials of the door and wall,the treatment method of being pre-buried pipes outside,airtight and buffer layer structure were determined.The experiments of anti-explosion and air tightness of refuge determinates that the maximum pressure of anti-explosion is 0.61 MPa,the anti-explosion pressure is 0.37 MPa of returning vent pipes,the maximum inflation pressure is 2 700 Pa.The research determines the structures of fireproof,anti-explosion and airtight system in refuge haven,improves the fireproof anti-explosion airtight performance of the system.
