The effect of the addition of native and immobilized enzyme preparations on the activity level of the digestive enzymes of broiler chickens was investigated. It has been established that the introduction of stabilized enzyme preparations protosubtilin and celoterine in the diet of chickens has significantly increased the activity of hydrolytic enzymes of the digestive tract compared to their native counterparts, which helps to improve the digestion and assimilation of feed nutrients.
