Estratos vegetais no controle de fungos em sementes de sabiá - Mimosa caesalpiniaefolia Benth.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of plant extracts of allamanda ( Allamanda b lancheti L. ), Sao Caetano melon ( Momordica charantia L.) essential oil of anise ( Pimpinella anisum L. ) on seed mycoflora and physiology robin . The experimental design for the sanity check was completely randomized with five treatments , distributed in ten replicates of twenty seeds each. The seeds were immersed in treatment for five minutes, the witness being soaked in sterile distilled water ( SDW). Subsequently , the seeds were placed in Petri dishes containing sterile filter paper moistened with sterile distilled water and incubated for seven days at room temperature 25 ° C ± 2 ° C , and then evaluated for the presence of fungi. It was found in untreated seeds a high incidence of Aspergillus sp. Cladosporium sp ., Fusarium sp ., Penicillium sp . and Rhizopus sp.. Natural treatments tested were effective in controlling fungi associated with seeds of thrush . Extracts allamanda, Sao Caetano melon and fennel essential oil , can be considered alternatives for the replacement of chemical fungicide seed treatment of thrush and other native species .
