Provided are a channel estimation method and device, and a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring a correlation matrix of a reception signal according to a maximum Doppler frequency shift of a channel; acquiring a cross-correlation matrix of a pilot signal and a data signal and an autocorrelation matrix of the pilot signal according to the correlation matrix; acquiring and saving a first Wiener matrix according to the cross-correlation matrix, the autocorrelation matrix and a signal-noise ratio of the channel; fitting a second Wiener matrix according to the first Wiener matrix, wherein the size of the first Wiener matrix is less than the size of the second Wiener matrix, the size of the second Wiener matrix is equal to the size of a third Wiener matrix; and acquiring a channel estimation sequence according to the second Wiener matrix, a received pilot sequence and a local pilot sequence. Since a terminal only needs to store a value of an element in the first Wiener matrix, the requirements of storage space are reduced.
