This paper discusses some results of the research that was conducted about the conflict of jurisdiction between the ordinary criminal jurisdiction and indigenous criminal jurisdiction. It is highlighted that the legal uncertainty is presented for the indigenous community, due to lack of coordination of the processes between the two jurisdictions.
