Progressi nella determinazione degli idrocarburi policiclici aromatici in matrici lipidiche

A new improved procedure for Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) determination in vegetable oils related to previous published methods [1, 2] is proposed. The procedure is able to quantify the analytes at level of 0.5 μg/kg and utilizes Benzo(b)crisene as internal standard (IS). A considerable simplification in sample purification and in fluorimetric analytes detection was introduced. The method, validated for accuracy and precision parameters, loads all acceptance criteria as requested by Directive 2005/10/CE for determination of Benzo(a)pyrene.
