In the wireless local area network (WLAN), an access point (AP) broadcasts a beacon frame to the plurality of communication stations. The indication frame from the AP receives a plurality of communication stations of communication stations. The indication frame may indicate that the communication station in the reception buffer at the AP data packet for said communication station. The AP to the station indicating wakeup time to wake up the station, and transmitting the data packet to the communication station the wake-up time or after.
