Seafood coarse cereal beans and processing method thereof

The invention discloses seafood coarse cereal beans and a processing method thereof. The seafood coarse cereal beans are prepared by proportionally mixing coarse cereal beans and seafood soup in percentage by weight of: 85-95% of coarse cereal beans and 5-15% of seafood soup. The processing method comprises the steps of: braising coarse cereals which are cleaned, then adding seafood soup and ingredients for mixing, and finally preparing the seafood coarse cereal beans through drying, cooling and microwave sterilization. The seafood coarse cereal beans have higher nutritional values and soft and sweet taste, and are ready to eat; furthermore, the processing method of the seafood coarse cereal beans is simple, and is suitable for industrial production.
