Studying representative problems in teaching of electromagnetic fields theory

The paper has analyzed and discussed the representative problems-----Maxwell's equations in electromagnetic fields.Based on the theory of electrostatic fields and steady magnetic fields,we educe the characteristic of time-varying electromagnetic fields.
